I found a nest!

Yesterday, I found a Cardinals nest in one of our small pine trees! There's 3 eggs inside. When they hatch I will be posting pictures!

We realized that ducks poop a lot! So, I had to give four of them away to a good home where nobody will eat them! :( I chose to keep two Anconas. It was a hard decision. Goose, Daisy, my favorite Pekin and Flapper are going to a town in a subdivision by a pond. So, there won't be any predators, they will have a pond to swim in, and all the people there are looking forward to the ducks. I will even be able to visit them sometime! :)

Ducks Six weeks old.

I have six pet ducks. Three anconas and three pekins. I enjoy seeing them run around the yard and play in their swimming pool.

This is my female ancona. She's the loudest and the smallest one.

This is Flapper. He's one of the male anconas.

Petting Zoo 3-31-13

My mom. dad, and I went to a petting zoo. There were all kinds of animals! Deer, pigs, cows, camels  yaks...etc.

This is a deer that was at the petting zoo. It was very friendly!
